About Me


Hi! I'm Aly! I'm a legally blind yoga teacher who believes that yoga is for all people of all abilities and in all bodies.

I offer accessible practices by using detailed verbal descriptions and suggesting various options, encouraging you to listen to and trust yourself and explore what works best for YOU! I have found that both sighted and blind participants benefit from inclusive language as it helps make the practice feel easier to understand.

Yoga is much more than a physical practice. I'd love for you to join me in exploring its many benefits for your mind, emotions, body and soul! I can't wait to get to know you!

About My Offerings

Midweek Movement (Virtual)

Enjoy a gentle warm-up and cool-down, with the flow in between differing week to week - sometimes more gentle, sometimes more active, always for everyone!

Wednesdays 9:30-10:15 AM U.S. Central via Zoom

Weekend Wake-Up (Virtual)

Enjoy a gentle warm-up and cool-down with fun flows in between! This is typically the most active flow class of the week, yet still suitable for everyone!
